Vaughn Roche, LCSW
Vaughn has been a therapist for more than 20 years, having received his master’s degree in social work from the University of Utah. He sees clients 17 and older. His therapeutic approach is to help clients build an emotional resilience needed for greater life satisfaction, whatever their diagnosis or life circumstances. He has special interest in treating anxiety and depression because they are such common thieves of a good life. He is a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and has contributed to a textbook on cognitive behavioral therapy. In his personal life, he is an avid reader, especially of history, mysteries and current events. Having traveled extensively, he finds no place more fascinating than The American West, especially Utah’s red rock country. He is also a fan of Pac 12 and NFL football.
